Sales consultants strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly vehicle sales quotas. Sales consultants assist customers by demonstrating how to operate a vehicle, provide test drives and identify costs associated with the purchase.  As with all positions within our Faulkner dealerships, sales consultants are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. Job Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license, along with: 

·          High School Diploma or equivalent.  Bachelors Degree highly preferred.
·          Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably retail sales, with proven record of selling a minimum quota established by management (Education can be substituted for experience)
·          Commitment to Exceptional Customer Service
·          Strong written and oral communication skills
·          Ability to work well in a team environment
·          Detail oriented ability
·          Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications

Other job considerations:

Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions that require bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.  Selected candidate must be available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

We are seeking an exceptional and self-motivated Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team at Faulkner Dodge, Subaru and Volkswagen in Mechanicsburg. In addition to working as a parts counter salesperson, the incumbent will receive training on inventory control and stocking levels.  The parts counter salesperson works at a pickup window to assist the service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories.  Additionally, he or she may deliver parts to customers located away from our dealership.  As with all positions within dealerships, parts counter sales people are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license along with: 

·          High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate or equivalent. 
·          Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably retail sales.  Automotive warehousing or distribution experience is preferred.  
·          Commitment to Exceptional Customer Service
·          Strong written and oral communication skills
·          Ability to work well in a team environment
·          Detail oriented ability
·          Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications
